We are thrilled to share the success of our first Women of Impact event held yesterday. The event featured an engaging discussion with Megan Phelps on “Creating High-Performance Teams in a Global Setting.”
Megan shared her valuable experiences and insights, addressing key aspects such as balancing global and local perspectives, establishing core foundations while localising initiatives, recognising and adapting to cultural differences, leveraging self-service options, utilising technology effectively, and managing change in a global context.
